VACUUM CHAMBERS - LONGVAC-2

APPLICATION

The "LONGVAC-2" is specially designed to apply a long pre-vacuum time to meat muscles, before cooking, removing air bubbles, reducing cooking-loss and improving binding.

Improves the adhesion of the bag to the meat.

Prevents formation of anomalous colorations.

Improves appearance of the finished product, eliminating holes and cavities.

SYSTEM

Reciprocating operation, with one chamber for loading and unloading and the other for applying vacuum.

Interchangeable compartments for cook-in bags or moulds.

For coupling to vacuum supply.

Upon request, it can be supplied with a vacuum pump.
