APPLICATION

The pneumatic stuffing machine "SM-2" allows for the stuffing of meat pieces in bags. It is specially designed to stuff whole pieces or pieces which, being cut into separate muscles for processing, need to be reconstructed to their original morphology before cooking.

Allows for the correct positioning of fat or rind pieces processed separately from the rest of the meat.
