APPLICATION

Due to the great operating versatility of their massaging system, the automatic vacuum reactors "THERMOMAT PX500" improve the quality and final yield of all manufactured meat products, regardless of the type of meat used. Excellent performance of the latest technological developments in cooked meat processing, such as cook-in bag system using whole muscles, phosphate-free whole ham, roast-beef, pastrami, poultry products, etc…

Improved injection diffusion and cellular absorption, with a controlled and precise maturation process. Extract the myofibrillar proteins, homogenizing the pieces without morphological destruction and reduce the cooking loss. Especially suited for processing multiple product types in small size batches (Minimum 200 kg).

Its unique system of tilting the drum facilitates quick unloading, indispensable for obtaining products with high vacuum level (no foam).

Vacuum circuit with no bottlenecks (from pump to drum) that assures a strong suction flow at high vacuum rates.

Inner walls mirror polished for a better sanitation.
